You can chalk it off to Google, bad communications, a few bad choices etc. But at the end of the day TypeScript and React have become so ubiquitous for business CRUD that teams at every enterprise know them. Ubiquity - that’s the core problem domain being solved for a cross-platform UI framework, right?
The performance diffs between React Native and Flutter never mattered. If you need something high perf you’re just going to switch to the native layer anyway. So the only real question comes down to adoption. On that front, continue to bet the house on TypeScript.
